Bring me your demons, 
For they do not frighten me, 
Show me all your scars,
I will not look away. 
Let me touch the devil’s mark - 
Where he hurt you - 
The curse he carved. 

Bring me all your tears, 
And I will hold them like the sea, 
I’d rather watch you cry, 
Then watch you hold them back for me.
I have jars and bowls and basins, 
I’ll gather them all up, 
And when you’ve cried your fill, 
I’ll drink your final cup. 

Bring me all your hate, 
I’ll not find it ugly, 
Call him names, mock his gait, 
Curse her soul for being lovely. 
I understand the hurting pain,
Of hating someone’s something,  
So paint me all your darkest hate, 
And I’ll frame it with my loving. 

Bring me all your sorrows, 
Let me hear your heart lament, 
Do not worry about what they’ll say, 
You’re safe inside my tent. 
So howl at the moon, 
I’ll howl with you too, 
I’ll hold you till your voice gives out,
And mine carries out the tune.
